Visit the vibrant cities of Germany's North through the romantic Rhineland to the richness of the Maritimes in Hamburg. Explore Berlin, the fascinating capital surrounded by forests, rivers and lakes.

Day 1.Frankfurt
Individual arrival at Frankfurt airport and transfer to your hotel followed by a private tour of Frankfurt to see the most important sites of Germany's major city. This includes the reconstructed old town square and many famous galleries, the Old Opera, the elegant Goethe Str, the former residence of Goethe, the Paulus church, etc. Tour duration 2.5 hours time depends on your arrival time in Frankfurt.  Overnight in Frankfurt.

Day 2. Frankfurt - Cologne
This morning transfer to the railway station to board your high speed train to Cologne. Upon arrival transfer to the hotel. Afternoon 2 hour private walking tour of the city, formerly a major Roman stronghold famous for its beautiful churches and imposing cathedral. Overnight in Cologne.

Day 3.Cologne - Hamburg
After breakfast private transfer back to the railway station to depart for Hamburg. Travel time 4 hours. Upon arrival transfer to your hotel followed by a private 2 hour walking tour of the city on the shore of the Elbe River. View the impressive port (the second largest in Europe) and famous St. Pauli neighborhood, the Alster, etc. The evening is free. Accommodation in Hamburg.

Day 4. Hamburg - Berlin
Transfer to the railway station to board the speed train to Berlin (1.4 hours). Arrival and transfer to the hotel. Time at leisure to discover Berlin, Germany’s capital and most exciting city. Overnight in Berlin.

Day 5. Berlin
During a big hop on and off city tour we will show you all the highlights of Germany’s capital and most exciting city. See Brandenburg Gate, the State Opera, the victory column, Checkpoint Charlie, remains of the wall, boulevard Unter den Linden and the Berliner Dom (Berlin Cathedral), the modern Parliament building, etc. The circle tour takes about 2 hours nonstop, but you are welcome to get off an on at any points on your own and visit sites you wish. Your ticket for the sightseeing tour is valid for the day. You can also stop to visit the museum island or for shopping at the numerous boutiques and department stores like KaDeWe. Accommodation in Berlin.

Day 6. Berlin - Dresden
After breakfast transfer to the railway station to go to Dresden by train. Travel time around 2 hours. Upon arrival transfer to your hotel, then enjoy a 2 hours private tour of Saxony's capital city with your guide showing your the old and reconstructed historic buildings including the famouse opera house, the Zwinger palace, the painstakingly rebuilt Fraunkirche from its WWII ruins, etc.  Overnight in Dresden.

Day 7. Dresden - Frankfurt
Transfer to the railway station after breakfast to board the train to Frankfurt Airport
. Travel time is 5 hours 20 minutes. It is possible to end the tour at other cities, see our guided Germany tours


Transfer in from Frankfurt airport to your hotel and in each city transfer from the railway station to the hotels and back.
